What You’ll Pay at Move-In
Two one-time items are due with your first month: a $20 admin fee and a refundable security deposit equal to one month’s rent. The deposit comes back to you when you move out and leave your unit clean.
Due at move-in = first month’s rent + $20 admin fee + refundable deposit (one month’s rent, returned when you leave the unit clean). Moving in mid-month? Your first month’s rent is prorated — you only pay for the days you use, so your total is often less than shown.
